Step into the world of mixology with a workshop specially designed for those who want to get started in the art of cocktails.

During the session, guests will learn the basic preparation techniques, how to use bar tools, and how to balance ingredients to create classic and modern cocktails.

This workshop is much more than a class: it is an experience to enjoy, share and raise a glass together.

Also available for corporate team-building activities for groups of up to 80 people.

¿What will you learn?

Program

1. Welcome & Introduction

• Introduction to the workshop and the instructor.
• A brief history of cocktail making.
• What makes a cocktail: balance between sweetness, acidity, bitterness and alcohol.
• Types of cocktails: classic, contemporary, tiki, spritz and alcohol-free options.

2. Introduction to Tools & Basic Techniques

• Tools: shaker, jigger, bar spoon, muddler, strainer…
• Types of ice.
• Techniques: shaking, stirring, muddling and direct serving.
• Presentation and garnish tips.

3. Time to Make Cocktails!

Split into rounds, where each participant prepares their own guided cocktail:

Preparation of 1 cocktail per 6 people for tasting from the following categories.

1. Refreshing classic: Mojito / Caipirinha / Signature Gin & Tonic.

2. Fruity cocktail: Daiquiri / Margarita / Pornstar Martini.

3. Signature or themed cocktail: something creative using surprise or local ingredients (e.g. Catalan vermouth or tropical fruit).

4. Optional alcohol-free version (mocktail), so everyone can join in.

Each round includes: a short explanation + demonstration + hands-on practice.

• Group photos.

• Digital recipe booklet or recipe cards with the cocktails prepared.

Finger food snacks: “delicias mineras”, piragua and guineo.
